What Makes Bull Terriers Special?

Bull Terriers are a fun and mischievous dog with kid like qualities. The unique physical characteristics of Bull Terriers include a muscular body, narrow eyes, and oval shaped head. The dog breed is a great family pet with incredible energy and protective traits. They require lots of activity and exercise.

Bull Terriers function well with early training and socialization. The dog breed is even tempered and typically gentile. Having a short coat, the Bull Terrier is mostly suited as an indoor dog and prefers the companionship and interaction in social or family environments.  

The life span for Bull Terriers varies between 10 to 14 years and weighing between 50 to 70 pounds. They come in a variety of colors: white, brindle, red and white, brindle and white, black.

There are limited health problems with deafness, eye disorders, and heart disease being some concerns for the Bull Terrier breed.
